新锐奖获奖人 周文

周文,陕西师范大学生命科学学院副研究员博士,陕西省中医药管理局“特色秦药质量控制技术创新团队”主要成员。周文长期从事药用植物遗传改良与次生代谢产物的生物合成与调控研究。在药用植物高效繁育体系、遗传转化技术开发及次生代谢产物合成机制解析方面取得系列突破:完成多种药用植物全基因组图谱构建,建立高频稳定遗传转化体系;构建贯叶连翘基因编辑平台,突破传统药用植功能基因研究技术瓶颈;解析了植物内源褪黑素与生物钟的昼夜调控机制。这些研究成果为重要药用植物的种质资源创新、活性成分的高效生物制造以及中药材的定向品质改良提供了关键的理论依据与技术支撑。以第一作者在Science AdvancesJournal of Pineal ResearchInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊发表学术论文10余篇。同时,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与多个项目。


Zhou Wen‌, an associate researcher (Ph.D.) at the School of Life Sciences, Shaanxi Normal University, is a core member of the "Innovation Team for Quality Control Technology of Characteristic Qin Herbs" under the Shaanxi Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Zhou has long been engaged in research on the genetic improvement of medicinal plants and the biosynthesis and regulation of secondary metabolites. She has made a series of breakthroughs in the following areas:

·    Establishing efficient propagation systems and developing genetic transformation techniques for medicinal plants.

·    Completing the whole-genome mapping of multiple medicinal plant species and establishing high-frequency, stable genetic transformation systems.

·    Developing a gene-editing platform for Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s wort), overcoming technical bottlenecks in functional gene research of traditional medicinal plants.

·    Elucidating the diurnal regulatory mechanism between endogenous melatonin and the plant circadian clock.

These research achievements provide critical theoretical foundations and technical support for the innovation of germplasm resources in important medicinal plants, the efficient biomanufacturing of bioactive compounds, and the targeted quality improvement of Chinese herbal medicines.

As the first author, she has published over 10 academic papers in prestigious journals such as Science Advances, Journal of Pineal Research, and International Journal of Biological Macromolecules. She has also independently hosted one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project and participated in several other research initiatives.
