新锐奖获奖人杨报

杨报,华中农业大学植物科学技术学院/湖北洪山实验室博士后。杨报长期从事植物脂质代谢与营养高效利用机制研究,聚焦于磷脂酶的功能解析及其在植物生长发育与逆境响应中的调控作用。综合应用脂质组学、转录组学和酶活动力学等方法策略,系统解析植物缺磷胁迫期间鞘脂重塑代谢新通路与调控网络,鉴定多种介导鞘脂重塑关键基因,揭示植物叶片衰老过程中磷脂酶介导的磷素回收再利用机制,阐明了关键磷脂酶作为磷素高效利用基因在促进膜磷脂中磷素释放、提升磷素利用效率及促进植物生长和产量中的重要作用。这些成果完善植物鞘脂代谢和调控通路,为作物高效利用磷资源、减少外源磷肥投入及农业可持续发展提供了重要的理论支撑与基因资源。相关研究成果发表在Plant CellGenome BiologyPlant Journal等期刊上。


Yang Bao‌, a postdoctoral fellow at the College of Plant Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University / Hubei Hongshan Laboratory, has long been engaged in research on plant lipid metabolism and nutrient-use efficiency mechanisms, focusing on the functional elucidation of phospholipases and their regulatory roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses.

By integrating lipidomics, transcriptomics, and enzyme kinetic analysis, he systematically deciphered a novel sphingolipid remodeling pathway and regulatory network during phosphorus deficiency stress in plants, identifying key genes mediating sphingolipid remodeling. He revealed the mechanism by which phospholipases facilitate phosphorus recycling during leaf senescence, demonstrating the critical role of key phospholipases as phosphorus-use efficiency genes in promoting phosphorus release from membrane phospholipids, enhancing phosphorus utilization efficiency, and improving plant growth and yield.

These findings advance the understanding of plant sphingolipid metabolism and regulatory pathways, providing important theoretical support and genetic resources for improving crop phosphorus-use efficiency, reducing external phosphorus fertilizer inputs, and achieving sustainable agricultural development. His related research has been published in prestigious journals such as The Plant Cell, Genome Biology, and The Plant Journal.
