新锐奖获奖人 郭晓玉 郭晓玉,中国科学院植物研究所副研究员,北京市科技新星计划获得者。郭晓玉长期致力于水稻耐寒分子机制解析的研究,综合运用遗传学、生物化学、结构生物学等多学科技术手段和方法,挖掘具有育种潜力的关键耐寒基因,解析植物感知与响应低温信号的分子机制。研究成果为阐释植物耐寒机制提供重要理论支撑,也为作物耐寒性的遗传改良与分子设计育种提供重要的遗传资源。她目前以第一作者(含共一)在The EMBO Journal、Science Bulletin、MolecularCell、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology等国内外知名期刊发表论文 10 篇,在Cell、Molecular Cell、Molecular Plant等期刊合作作者论文多篇,SCI论文被引用1700余次。申请并获授权国家专利 2 项。其中,2025年在Science Bulletin期刊发表水稻生长与耐受平衡调控机制及分子设计育种应用的综述,系统梳理了水稻非生物胁迫调控的信号网络及分子设计育种的最新策略与应用前景;2018年在 JIPB杂志上发表“植物感知低温的信号转导”相关的综述文章,连续多年被评选为ESI全球Top1%高被引论文。这两篇综述为该领域的研究提供了理论支撑和创新思路。 Guo Xiaoyu, Associate Researcher at the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and recipient of the Beijing Nova Program, has long been dedicated to elucidating the molecular mechanisms of rice cold tolerance. By integrating multidisciplinary approaches such as genetics, biochemistry, and structural biology, she has identified key cold-tolerant genes with breeding potential and deciphered the molecular mechanisms underlying plant perception and response to low-temperature signals. Her research provides crucial theoretical support for understanding plant cold tolerance and offers valuable genetic resources for the genetic improvement and molecular design breeding of cold-resistant crops. To date, she has published 10 first-author (including co-first-author) papers in prestigious domestic and international journals, including The EMBO Journal, Science Bulletin, Molecular Cell, and Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, and has contributed to multiple collaborative papers in journals such as Cell, Molecular Cell, and Molecular Plant. Her SCI-indexed papers have been cited over 1,700 times. She has also applied for and obtained 2 national patents. Notably, in 2025, she published a review in Science Bulletin on the regulatory mechanisms of rice growth and tolerance balance and their applications in molecular design breeding, systematically outlining the latest strategies and prospects in the signaling networks of abiotic stress regulation and molecular design breeding. Additionally, her 2018 review article in JIPB on "Signal transduction of plant cold perception" has been consistently recognized as an ESI Top 1% highly cited paper for multiple years. These two reviews have provided theoretical foundations and innovative insights for research in this field. |
