新锐奖获奖人郭亚玉 郭亚玉,北京林业大学副教授。郭亚玉长期致力于木本植物发育生物学研究,主要聚焦于茎干次生生长与生物质能源高效转化的分子机理。其研究系统解析了核心miRNAs如何协同调控细胞壁形成与木质纤维素糖化效率的作用机制;构建了在保障树木正常生长的前提下,有效提升纤维素酶对细胞壁可及性的理论框架;并开发了一种原位、快速检测糖化效率的新技术,为⼤规模种质筛选提供了⾼效⼯具,不仅弥补了行业空白,更被纳入林木分子育种的常规流程,推动了研究从实验室向产业化的衔接。这些成果为定向改良木本植物的生长与木材性状、培育高效生物质能源树种提供了新思路与潜在策略,对推动林业“双碳”目标的实现具有重要的科学价值与应用前景。她数年如一日深耕如miR408调控机理,从关键因子挖掘到上下游网络解析,其研究不仅具有深厚的理论价值,更紧扣国家需求。目前,她已以第一作者在Nature Communications等期刊发表论文。 Guo Yayu, Associate Professor at Beijing Forestry University, has long been dedicated to research on woody plant developmental biology, with a primary focus on the molecular mechanisms underlying secondary stem growth and efficient biomass energy conversion. Her work systematically elucidates how core miRNAs coordinately regulate cell wall formation and lignocellulose saccharification efficiency. She has established a theoretical framework to enhance cellulase accessibility to cell walls while ensuring normal tree growth, and developed a novel in-situ, rapid assay for saccharification efficiency, providing an efficient tool for large-scale germplasm screening. This innovation not only fills an industry gap but has also been incorporated into routine molecular breeding protocols for trees, bridging the gap between laboratory research and industrial application. These achievements offer new insights and potential strategies for the targeted improvement of woody plant growth and wood traits, as well as the cultivation of high-efficiency bioenergy tree species, holding significant scientific value and application prospects for advancing forestry's "dual-carbon" goals. Her enduring research on the regulatory mechanisms of miR408, from key factor identification to the dissection of upstream-downstream networks, demonstrates both profound theoretical depth and strong alignment with national strategic needs. To date, she has published first-author papers in journals such as Nature Communications. |
